Do a drain and fill, not a flush.

So I purchased my 2001 ES300 @ 100,700 and its now 120,000. I checked the fluid, its not black its pinkish, looks okay I currently have no issues regarding transmission, but I have no idea the last time it was serviced or if it was serviced at all by previous owners, and I also hear the horror stories all the time
Has anyone have experience with flushing the transmission, share your stories please.
I wouldn't do that if I were you, you'll flush out the old fluid built-up gunk that's actually keeping everything together and destroy your transmission
