I have a 2005 Lexus ES 330 with 128,000 mile on it. Lately the I noticed at higher speeds that the steering wheel would vibrate, or tug to one side. it is a strange feeling, I dont know how else to explain it, but I just want to know if anyone has had a similar problem.

Usually this is caused by tires, if you can swap the front/back see if the problem moves. Of course there are other possible causes like worn/damaged suspension/steering components.
Is your tire pressure okay?

I have already swapped the front and back tires a couple of months ago, and it’s still the same. I was thinking it could be the suspension but I don’t know how pricey those things could get. And I also don’t know what parts of the suspension would need to be replaced

I still think it’s the tires but the suspension is pretty simple and cheap to fix on your car; start by inspecting the lower control arm bushings and tie rods if you’re able

Try this. After driving around, preferably after healthy braking, walk around and feel each wheel hub. If one is noticeably hotter you will have found the problem brakes/hub. Careful doing so, it can be dangerously hot. It can be a sticking pin, caliper, very bad bearing, rotor, etc.
