ID Plug - Help
Hi everyone,
First post for me. I just picked up a 2004 ES 330. It is missing the fog lights and side markers.
The wiring appears to be intact. In the attached picture I see the fog light connector and the side marker wires (2 loose green and white wires that need a plug).
Can anyone identify what the white plug is for? It is only on the passenger side. The driver side doesn't have this plug that I can see.

Hello,
The White plug shown on the photo appears to be for an Air Conditioning Pressure Switch, it is supposed to shut off the AC system if the pressure is not right. The switch should be located on the A/C pipe towards the passenger side, right near the Condenser. Please refer to this diagram, the switch should be located on the pipe marked red.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

I am guessing you are being sarcastic?
Or have you not met cheap mechanics? The reason you disconnect that is to avoid doing a proper a/c service and make the system run when low on refrigerant.
I also note you said this:
Someone just wanted to get rid of issues, not do maintenance. You see it goes deeper.
