Hello, Im new to the group and have what I hope will be quick and easy question for those of you familiar with the 06 ES330 vacuum lines. I recently discovered that apparently someone that did my last oil change at Valvoline did not reconnect the vacuum lines near the air filter. Please see picture. The lines around the 3 in 1 connector were left undone and the nipple on the air filter box is not connected. If possible let me know which line goes where. Amazingly... I have not noticed any issues or warning lights but ... since its my wifes car i dont want her to have any issues. Please advise me on correct vacuum line connections.

There should be a vacuum diagram sticker attached to the hood. If not, below is the diagram I found for 3MZ engine. Your picture seems a bit confusing, since it appears as the hose nearest to the air box that is attached to the 3 in 1 connector is the one that supposed to go to the air box, and there should be another hose from the other side that goes to that connector. My theory is further supported by the parts diagram that can be found here. Please look for any loose hoses and see where it comes from.
OK, comparing the pics it looks like someone lost the hose that runs from the T up to the nipple on the post-filter side of the airbox. You can see that in my pic and also trace it in the diagram Arsenii posted. So they just put one of the forward motor mount lines into the T and disabled the motor mount adaptation (because now it has no continuous air supply to the VSV). Exactly what Arsenii said, just different wording. Also, if they left the nipple uncapped, it also allows dirt/contamination into your air intake post-filter.
It looks like if you just get a small section of hose you can re-route everything correctly, and cap off that possible air box leak.
