Hello,
CEL almost always triggers Trac OFF light, it doesn't always mean that there is something wrong with the traction control. It also doesn't necessarily mean that the guys who made an oil change have something to do with it, though it is a possibility.
CEL can light up for a number of reasons, the only way to know for sure what causes it is to check the codes that triggered CEL in the first place, any major car parts store should be able to do it for free. Let us know what codes are stored in the ECU, that way it will be much easier to find the culprit.
