Hey Guys!
I'm normally on the IS and CT forums, but I have the opportunity to buy a 1992 ES300 with a 5-speed manual. It has about 266,000 miles on it, is there anything in particular that I need to be looking out for when I check the car out?

Look for bad transmission synchros especially 3rd gear. 3VZ-FE tends to blow head gaskets at around 300,000 miles, or earlier depending on cooling system maintenance. Not many weaknesses on the car besides what I mentioned, and of course the car is 28 years old.
At that mileage the valve stem seals are likely shot so the engine is probably pushing blue on a cold start.
