Lightbulb 2003 es300 suspension mod?

I just bought a 2003 ES300 on December 13th...the suspension needs work, it is rather bouncy. I am thinking of running BC Racing DS series coilovers...has anyone done this?

i LITTERALLY just bought an 02 es300 yesterday for 800 bucks and its a beaut, hid's and al;ll, but it too needs some rear suspension at the least. and i been looking into doing some coilovers, ii work at autozone so i was gonna get them there since i get a discount, but some BC's sound like a great idea actually ahha

Would you recommend to install them yourself, or bring them to a shop?
