Default Looking to increase performance

Hello, does anyone have any recommendation for performance parts on a 2000 Lexus ES300? I understand superchargers/turbochargers are not an option due its vvti system but I'm just looking at whats available to this day. I assume a cold intake, headers, and exhaust and not sure what else, but any recommendations which brands to get?

There are none don't waste your money. I've said it a million times cold air intakes are in fact the opposite they draw air from inside the engine bay unlike the stock intake system which is an actual cold air intake.

I'm sure it wont be much then a few hundred bucks to maximize its performance due to these vvti system which doesn't bother me wasting these few bucks...I've ready a couple members have the AEM air filters, but obviously these are threads that are years old... I guess if this is the only response I'll get, its really pointless to continue this thread. I'll have to do my own research

Performance is already maximized. But if you want to spend money on snake oil have fun what matters is if you think there is more performance. 😎 A custom exhaust might get a few extra ponies but you will probably lose a bit of low end torque.
