Default Still having issues

2001 lexus ES300 base. Got it scanned at autozone and found out it was O2 Sensors. Replaced both that were listed. Car is still hesitating, feels bogged down. Unless gas is pushed all the way in, then revs to about 3000rpm then acceleration happens suddenly. Any ideas would be helpful. If this is not the appropriate forum, please direct me to it. I an at a loss. Next step is replacing the ECM.

Any other codes? Do you still have a CEL? What brand of sensor did you use? Did you do the work yourself or a shop? Sounds like you don't have a code reader without one it will be difficult or impossible to fix the car yourself.

I used the code reader at Oreillys for the initial diagnosis. I have T-Mobile sync up drive which will tell me when a code is thrown. The codes I am getting are:
P0300 random/multiple cylinder misfire
P0301 cylinder 1 misfire
P0303 cylinder 3 misfire
P0305 cylinder 5 misfire
P1135 powertrain, MFG, fuel and air metering; fault 35
P1135 powertrain, MFG, fuel and air metering; fault
55
P1135 powertrain, MFG, fuel and air metering; fault
30
P0171 system too lean bank 1
P0172 system too rich bank 1
P0174 system too lean bank 2
Repairs made are:
2 timing solenoids replaced
Oil change
Water pump/timing belt replaced
2 O2 sensors- bank 1 sensors 1&2 replaced
tune up using tune up kit (coil pack springs and rubber sleeves, as well as rubber tips replaced) coil packs themselves WERE NOT replaced
spark plugs replaced. The water pump/timing belt was done by Midas, the rest was done by a mechanic friend. The O2 sensors used are what the attachment is

That screen grab does not tell me the brand of part. Here's the condensed version, if you used non Toyota parts (genuine Denso being the same) then all bets are off.

So all OEM parts in this case should be Denso? If so, I'll buy those. Thanks so much!

Beware of fakes! I says this all the time but have to keep repeating it. At this point I trust nothing on Ebay except verified dealers. Amazon is loaded with fakes. Rockauto is legit and good for Denso stuff.

Dang, that is one rough accident. Just curious, when the airbags deploy, did you have any injuries because of them?

Default Update to my thread

Replaced the others I got with Denso, still having same issue. I wonder if I got the wrong sensors? How many O2 sensors should there be for a 2001 lexus Es300 base. I only replaced 2. Can anyone verify the correct Denso part number for upstream and downstream? For downstream I an showing Denso 234-4137, for upstream 234-9021

Based on your original concern, I don’t think you have an O2 sensor issue.

Hesitating and running rough unless you give it a lot of gas and open the air intake (3000rpm+).

Ignition system and timing is new according to your repair history.

My next step would be to check the air and fuel supply. It seems your engine is running rough because it can’t get the correct fuel/air mixture at low RPM.

Do you have vacuum leaks or air restrictions?
Examples: bad gaskets, cracked hoses, dirty filter, debris in the intake system.

Have you cleaned the MAF sensor to improve its accuracy?

Have you cleaned the throttle body valves to prevent sticking?

Have you check for fuel flow and pressure? Have you replaced the fuel filter?

Also make sure you got good flow out of the exhaust and it’s not plugged up internally from a bad catalytic converter. Although in that instance the engine would normally bog down and die.

My name is Chris Mockridge with this many codes being thrown try to check battery connections, and alternator connection. If your power isn't making perfect loop or loop is interrupted by bad connection anywhere, you will get multiple codes like this.

You have too many codes and very hard to know which code to start first. Clear codes and drive the car until you see the CEL turns on. Stop the car and check to see which code(s) being set. The start from there. Sometimes one issue causes other to set codes. Looks like you have a vacuum leak. Smoke test it.
