Default 2000 ES300 Front Control Arm Bushing

Hey all,

I have a vibration that I can feel in the steering wheel. I had done an alignment before, and I lifted the car up seeing both (Driver/Passenger) Front Control Arm Bushings (Rearward) were cracked/broken.
I was looking at bushing kits on RockAuto and am seeing kits that include the forward bushing (hotdog style) as well. How do you replace those types of bushing? Is it a press-fit? Are you supposed to burn it? I wasn't able to find any videos on it.

Link to Part:
MOOG K90041 {#4865407010, 4865433030} Includes Front and Rear Bushing

I also saw solid bushing:
MOOG K200786- Solid They say these will last longer, but idk.

I had my bushings go out 2 or 3 years ago and i just replaced both arms with beck arnley, theyve been handling very well ever since, sometimes its easier to replace the whole arm.

Lol the irony is I had also had mine changed 4 years ago and they were Beck Arnley, I barely missed the limitedtine warranty, while under in mileage

That didn't work
When I went to press the new Moog bushing into the old Beck Arnley control arms the press was a little to easy than normal. So I checked to see what was going on and noticed that the bushing diameter was slightly smaller than the hole. Just enough that I could hand press the bushing in.
I wasted a whole day to save $120, and now went with new control arms to solve this.
