This seems like a common post but I just want to be sure that I replace the right part.

Anyways all of a sudden my car has a problem with the audio playback. The head unit works and I can touch things and it beeps but when I go to the radio and play something, nothing happens. Same thing happens with the 6 cd changer as well there is no audio but the disc plays. On the EQ screen, I used to have the option to adjust Low, Mids, and Highs but now I only have the option to adjust Low and Highs. No matter how high I turn the volume ****, I don't hear anything. I know the radio works because it says "ST" when tuned to my Bluetooth transmitter, so I know at least the radio works.

I am assuming that the mark levinson amp has gone bad but I want to make sure there is anything else I need to try before replacing it or if something else is broken and the amp is fine. Also worth noting that the subwoofer was rattling before it that helps identify any issues even with the EQ in the middle.
