Default 1997 ES300 1MZ-FE Harmonic Balancer replaced.

So I've been dealing wth the sound of the harmonic balancer rubbing against the lower timing belt cover as some of you may be aware of it's a seemingly standard issue. I replaced the harmonic balancer with brand new even tho the old one seemed fine with no sign to walking or wobble.
The new one seems to not rub as bad after the engine is hot, its got 267,000 miles but shows no sign of crank walk or movement. I realize that this may not be able to be confirmed with bare hands. Sems I read somewhere that these plastic covers are prone to warping so I'm going to put in a new one and see of that helps.
I've come up with a few part numbers # 11321-20900, 11321-0A010, 11321-20020 ( with some of these numbers pointing back to 11321-0A010)
***Leads me to my question*** Does anyone know if these lower covers have been improved over the years to give more clearance between the back side of the balancer and the plastic cover ?
Has anyone here remedied this problem once and for all ?
I read that grease and crud build up between the cover and engine- where the gasket is causes these to wharp out just enough to rub.
Opinions, knowledge superceeded covers etc?
Thanks

Far as I know part number 11319-20010 never changed, what you're seeing is Japan vs. North American produced 11321-0A010 will be made in the U.S. I mostly work on Japan built Camry's and ES300's since in Canada we got more Japan built than the United States. The parts are essentially the same and use the same gaskets but get the Japan made part, on the gaskets anything but genuine will probably cause the cover not to bolt down properly. It's possible the gaskets will swell up from oil contamination, don't think I've seen this the gasket simply gets rock hard and breaks.

It's easy to see a failing harmonic balancer by eye I easily notice the wobble. If you're going to go to the trouble of replacing the pulley not much more work to also replace the cover as well and replace the gaskets if needed. I've never seen the lower cover warp but it could be climate related.

OK, so the part number 11319-20010 is the gasket, which number will get the correct made in Japan lower cover? I’ll check that out. Thanks

Punch your VIN into this site has good diagrams
https://www.japan-parts.eu/

11321-20900 is for your car Japan made. If you see stuff like 0A010 that is probably L which means locally sourced another way of saying United States or Canada built.
