1-wire is for the gauge cluster, 2-wire for the engine computer, bottom of rad for the fans.

89428-41010 is the one you're asking about.

There're 89427 and 89428 and even for 89428 there're 8942833020 and 8942841010. Don't know which one should I buy.

8942833020
VS
8942841010
The connectors are different. When I take a look at the other side (the one above the FAN2 on the driver side), it looks like 8942833020 type of connector.

Also a side question, if my fans aren't on and I'm driving high way most of the time, will it be all right? What I found is if I drive on the high way, the temperature is at about 1/3 level. Only if stop and run, it will be above 1/2.

Actual name in the parts listing
SWITCH, TEMPERATURE DETECT, NO.2 89428-33020
This is on the bottom of the radiator.
Sounds like you also need a thermostat the needle shouldn't move at all whether you are going fast or idling in traffic. Fans won't run at highway speed. Buy 90916-A3003 genuine thermostat not aftermarket.
