Haven't driven my old ES 330 for a few days, realized that something was wrong when I tried using the key to unlock/lock the doors and it was unresponsive. Tried to use the panic button, nothing. Open trunk, nothing. Have tried using the spare key as well to no avail.
I know the key works because the red led still lights up on the fob, and I have tried MANUALLY unlocked the driver side door and the key will not turn. I insert the key into the door and it will not budge whatsoever.

Any advice would help.

The key might be worn out or sometimes the door lock seizes up because you never use it try spraying a few times with penetrating oil. Other options are getting a new key cut at the dealer a fresh key might turn the lock, another is get a locksmith to break into your car the inflatable balloons that move the glass away from the car just enough to access the mechanical lock switch work well.
