How do I disconnect the tire inflation sensors on my 98 es350. I have one that is bad so the warning light is on. It cost $130. to replace and I would rather just disconnect it if possible.

Hello,
Emmmm, well, I am pretty sure a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) first appeared on 5th-gen ES350, which only started production in 2007. If you are sure that one of the sensors is indeed out, then there is no easy way to get rid of the light, unless you were to actually take the tire off and inspect the sensor. My guess would be that the most likely cause of it failing would be the battery, and with a bit of time and care, it is possible to swap it out without replacing the whole sensor, which is a lot cheaper, and it doesn't seem like you will have to link it to the system afterwards. Some tire shops offer that, so you will have to ask around..
Hope this helps and best of luck!
