I just got this car used at 171k miles and about a month in I started to notice a rattle when I start it up in the cold, only sometimes though? The car runs and drives so good otherwise. I read others on here saying the same thing but never saw a solution. Any help is much appreciated. I am in love with this vehicle and want to take as best care of it as possible. No Check engine light or anything. It has been getting colder out here in WA lately. I'm suspecting the starter needs replacing at this point in the vehicles lifetime. Noise appears to be around the drivers side (front left) under the hood. I'll try to get it on video tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help.

Could be timing belt components or water pump. Is the power steering fluid level good?

Fluid levels look good. It's most definitely intermittent, didn't happen today. It's really sounds like the starter though, the more I look into it. I'm having trouble replicating the noise, it happens like once or twice a week.
