Unfortunately, it is more of an involved process than it actually needs to be.. Here is a post on how to take the subwoofer off, for which you will need to take the rear seat completely out. As for the tweeter, it appears that you need to take the whole door panel off. While nothing too complicated, it is time consuming and will likely require a helper for a sub.
Hi, I think you have mistaken what I said. The issue isn’t the subwoofer but is instead the speaker in the front left door.
I am going off of title that says "front left tweeter an woofer not working". Besides, in the second part of my post I wrote that you will likely need to take the door panel off to replace the Tweeter in the door, below is the video on how to do so.
I'm running them in 2 different cars they are incredible especially for the money. You'll have to do some fabricating since the factory units are non-standard form factors.
I hate to ask, but are you certain that someone hasn't been messing with your balance adjustment? The door speakers (woofer and tweeter set) are likely fine but aren't getting any signal as a set. More likely an adjustment or a hardware issue in the head unit, the amp or the wiring.

It required a little modified wiring. Factory wiring has the signal go first to the tweeter, then from the tweeter to the woofer. This set required the signal go to the woofer first, then go to the tweeter. I cut the wires off the old tweeter, stripped and twisted the two pairs of wires together (color to color), capped them off, and plugged the 4 pin plug back in.
I then removed the new tweeter from it's little housing. Then I used the Metra connectors that Crutchfield included and connected the woofers to the two pin, and connected the red and black wires from the tweeter to the woofer's secondary connections. I unscrewed the tweeter from the factory bracket, and used double sided tape with a zip tie to secure the tweeter to the bracket. It works for now, but I'd rather have used some adhesive, either silicone or a hot glue gun.
Another video that covers removing the entire system, not just the speakers:
