2004 es330

Item circled in photo is broken and causes vacuum leak.

What is the component?

TIA

Circled in red looks like a large crack, which will cause a vacuum leak. Its part of the evap circuit. If you do change the one I circled, be sure to make a slice down the center of hose where it attaches to the black plastic box (vacuum tank) to release its grip. This box is brittle, if you just try to pull the old hose off, you could crack the plastic.

Remove the part itself, the part number is written on the body of valve assembly.
For the hose you can just buy the prestone fuel line inside diameter 1/4"
