That poor belt. Is that power steering fluid, engine oil? It's been there a long time hard to tell.

Dumb Q but is the simple answer to replace the
Front and most likely rear value cover gasket

My best guess is it’s leaking from the camshaft seals which are accessed by removing the timing belt.

If it is cam seals, the labor rate for replacing the cam seals will probably minimum
2-3 hours alone. Getting the cam seals off I understand is pulling many of the engine
apart to get to.

Well good news the clutch/pulley on the air conditioner compressor broke so I'm going to put it in the shop and get the oil leak fixed
.... And the compressor duh
