Is there a way to take out the wood panels in the interiors of the 2005 es330? Some of mine are scratched and broken and I want to replace them with new fresh ones

They are replaceable, different levels of difficulty depending on location.

I've seen some for sale on eBay or try www.car-part.com/. I purchased an entire center console (black) for my 2006 ES330 beige/ivory pretty good price in really good condition. I was going from the center console with the CD changer in it to the regular storage box without it. I've still got the pieces that I didn't use and was going to sell them on eBay. I haven't listed them yet. I've even got the working 6 disk CD changer too.
