Is there a washer on the fuel pressure damper?

Is there a washer on the fuel pressure damper?
I had a leaking damper so i replaced it with an aftermarket one. I used the washer that it came with. Then bought an oem damper but I don’t remember if the original one I removed came with a washer or not. So now I have a choice to re use the aftermarket washer or just remove it

Assuming you have a 3ES probably the same washer for most any Toyota engine with a timing belt but that's a guess.
