Dash and console lights all work great until I turn on headlights. Once I do that, all I can see are the light icons for "lights on" and "bright light" icon, , the nav screen still works. I have to use my phone flashlight periodically to see how fast im going. It seems like last year someone said they thought it was a daytime sensor but Im not finding much on that. I checked out the newbie/og stickies to no avail Does anyone know where I should start or things I should trying to rule out? My 330 is my daily, but im going to try to take on a multi-day trip to Arizona from Texas for Thanksgiving and driving it at night is pain, so I thought I would get serious about it now.

It appears that the Brightness Dial to the Left of the steering wheel was set to the lowest brightness, or the dial itself is just bad. Here is an Owners Manual for your car, it shows the location on the dial and how to use it.
