Does anyone know if Front Driver and Passenger seats from a 1993 Lexus GS can fit a 1

Sorry - looks like the title cut. Can it fit a 1994 Lexus ES300 (2nd gen)

I've been searching around junk yards for the front seats for the 2nd Gen Lexus ES300, but all of them are ripped and nasty. I just came upon a 1993 GS yesterday that actually had both front seats in good condition (no rips, but minor scuffs).
Anyone know if they'd fit in my ES?

Hello,

Not without some retrofitting.. You will have to re-think the mounting spots on the seat, and probably re-pin the connector along the way to make them fully functional. Other than that, I am not sure if your car came with side airbags, next generation already got those, and if you do as well, you will have to go through some trickery to make them work.

P.S. Never thought I would live up to the moment when it will be easier to find seats for 1st-gen GS than for the ES.. Interesting..
