KYB Front Struts Plus?
Has anyone used these complete KYB struts for the front? My 2000 needs struts for the front but still has original springs and everything else. Wondering if this complete strut assembly is a good buy?

I haven't seen enough people use them to know if they are good or not. It is way better to combine KYB's with OEM hardware (coils/mounts).

Hello,
KYB struts are pretty descent, albeit being a touch stiffer than OEM. What I did in the past is bought the complete KYB strut and swapped out a spring for OEM one, so that the ride quality remains the same, while being cheaper than sourcing all the components separately. Here is a good place to get those.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

I just replaced the struts on my car recently. I like KYB, but TRW struts were on sales at that time so I went with them. If I do it again, I'd go with KYB. Never go wrong with KYB. Sure, you can reuse the springs and strut mounts if they are still good.

Im happy with Monroe for front so far, they’re pretty close to oem. idk how long it will last though.
KYB has better cornering but also “harsher” ride. I mean it’s comparable to newer camrys now they all ride harsh. I’m actually thinking of getting KYB fronts, this way I’ll have KYB all around. I gave up comfort when I pumped up my tires to 36psi (formerly 28psi and it was so nice)
