2005 ES330 Front Seat panel

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic panel that attaches to the rear of the front seats?

I'm sure I'll feel like an idiot once someone tells me, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it off.

Going from memory 2 screws on the bottom, then slide the panel downward. This could be wrong hopefully someone else knows.

Here is a Parts Catalogue that shows the location of said screws. Just make sure to be careful, and go slow.
