LexusXV20

I've been searching a lot for this on the internet and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is some parts from 2001 Lexus GS300 that would fit my 2001 Lexus ES300, maybe the spoiler or side mirrors, since there is no aftermarket for 2001 lexus es300 I juts wanted to see if there is any hope.
