Probably won't help for a leak that bad. Most likely you need a new high pressure line.

If the power steering fluid has never been changed the pump itself may be leaking. BTW, Lucas will not harm anything you could give it a try.

I have replaced both my line and pump around 300500k miles. You can get a free estimate from https://www.yourmechanic.com/
Buying your own parts will save you more money.

Just a word of caution. Just bought a 2005 ES330 and the previous owner used a radiator stop leak with metal in it. Not good. Out of caution replaced the rack, pump, hoses and reservoir.

The high-pressure hose from the pump to the rack might be the most common issue. I replaced mine with an after-market hose for $60 and did the work myself. It's challenging to replace. I followed a couple of different Youtube videos.
