I bought this 2007 ES350 from a relative so I don’t know if the problem existed before or not. Also, it has been crashed when I bought it. The car bodywork is repaired and a bent wheel was replaced. All 5 wheel TPMS sensors were replaced (bought them from eBay for about $15 each, claim they are OEM) and I used an Autel scanner to read the sensor IDs and a VCi wire and my laptop to program the new sensor IDs into the ECU.
Now every time I drive the car, the TPMS dash light will flash about 7-15 times and stop. It does it just once or twice on a 30 mile drive. Every drive, it will flash after about 5-20 minutes of driving.
It never stays on solid. It just flashes 7-15 times and then goes dark.
I thought it was a defective sensor (normally works but stops working when driving). I replaced 2 of the 5 new sensors with OEM sensors. Still flashes briefly when driving just once or twice in 30 miles of driving.
Test: I deflated each tire to 20 psi and checked that the TPMS light does come on solid as soon as I start the engine. Inflated the low tire and TPMs light went out. Did this for all 5 tires. So all sensors are working and the system is reading.
Can it be the TPMS receiver? Or should I replace the remaining 3 tire sensors?
Should I pay the dealer to check the car or the ECU programming? Is there a clever way to figure out which sensor is causing the flashing?
Maybe I should remove the spare and leave it at home and drive the car to see that happens? Then I should install the spare on each corner of the car at a time and drive it to see what happens? What happens if you drive a 5-sensor system car without the spare tire in the trunk? Does it flash or go solid or do nothing?

a small piece of black electrical tape placed over the light works for me
(with summer tires, and winter tires I cant be bothered to play w this erratic system)
