No power to start button

For the life of me I cannot remove the fusible link that is next to the fusible link that’s bolted in. I’ve removed the nut holding it to the bolt connecting the alternator, but it won’t budge. I release the little tab on the right side as well, still it won’t budge! It looks like it would just slot in, but something is holding it in, unless it is rusted in place? No evidence of that though. Should I just brut force yank it out, or is there something else holding it in?

Yes, of course. I also released the tab on the side as well, but it still WONT BUDGE. Super frustrating... I'm not sure this has anything to do with my starting/power issues though; maybe just coincidence.

Main problem solved! There was a loose wire from the fuse box in the engine area: had to remove the bottom piece of the fuse box to get to it. Thanks everyone for your input and encouragement. I had called AAA to have it towed to the Lexus dealer this morning, but when they showed up they wouldn’t tow it because the tags aren’t current( ridiculous). Figured I’d give it one more shot and it worked out

Which main fuse, box, and which wire?
