Managed to get to this point and the CV will not break from the knuckle wheel hub. The cv axle is completely free from the transmission so dead in the water right now on ideas on breaking it free. My last resort is to buy the knuckle assembly and take the entire assembly out and call it a day. All the videos I can find on breaking it free from this point are pointless as they are not rusted or appear to be seized into the hub.

Any thoughts? Or maybe something I am missing?

You are not missing anything. The CV joint is seized. Now, it appears that you ruined the thread, you cannot hit it with a hammer like that. Put a metal pin on the CV hole and hit it with a hammer.
Try to spray in the between with penetrating oil and leave it like that for a couple of hours.
