I have noise when I turn on the air conditioner of 2010 es350. I think blower motor should be replaced.

Can anybody help me replace blower motor of 2010 es350,

I need detaild explanation how to replace it.

Try cleaning out the blower area first, they tend to fill w pine needles etc and makes a racket when it spins.

I never replaced the AC fan on these cars but I think you need to remove the plasic that goes over the passenger feet, 4 or 5 screws that hold the fan and the cables and it will fell down.

How to remove [the plastic that goes over the passenger feet} you mentioned?
Will it be taken out if I simply pull it?

Yes. Just put it down from down, start from the right/rear.
