I have a 2007 ES 350. While the iphone connects wirelessly to the car for phonecalls, one cannot play music from the phone. Either wired or wirelessly. Is there a device that somehow enables this?

On a 2008 IS 350 I was able to connect a phone's audio line out (headphone out?) to the line-in plug inside the armrest between the seats. It was then possible to select AUX on the stereo input list. Using the phone, I could then play things and it would come through the stereo.

Thanks.
What happens to calls when you are playing music via this BT device?
Do you have to control calls on this device or can you still use the controls on the steering wheel?

Calls/Music through this device. You can switch songs and answer calls using the circular button
Everything is inside my center console- I ran the circular receiver out the center console and down the side of my seat- I stuck it right below my radio for easy access switching songs/answering calls
