Osilating noise and slight vibration at low RPM
I have an 08 ES350 with just over 150,000 miles that has a low volume oscillating noise and vibration (not in the steering wheel) under acceleration, both at low RPM (around 1,200-2000). I'm not sure if these symptoms are coming from the same thing or not. I have lifted the vehicle, spun the wheels and felt the shocks for vibration. They may be the slightest feel in the front drivers side. I have also examined the CV axles and they all look good and feel solid. I have also rotated the tires to checks for issues with the wheels or tires with no change. Thoughts (Thanks)?

First, you should inspect the wheels if they are bent, a bent wheel can cause vibration during acceleration.
Also, unbalanced drive shafts can also vibrate during acceleration.

Thanks for the reply! Do you just do a visual inspection on the wheels? I'm not seeing any damage and have rotated them front to back to see if that changes anything, with no change. Also, I'm not feeling the vibration in the steering wheel. I'm not sure how to check the CV axles for balance? They are factory parts that look fine and the boots are in good shape still. I'm only really noticing the vibration under light acceleration around 12,000 rpm. When accelerating at highway speeds, nothing.

That’s very low (we are talking about 1200 rpm, not 12000).
Does your floor shake or the engine itself?

Yes, 1200-2000 is actually correct. I have revved the engine up setting still and the engine is very still, it's only when moving do you feel the vibration that you feel in your seat (not steering wheel).

Possibly a bad wheel bearing. You need a pro to check it out. You probably would not be able to detect it.
