Default Car not starting over, white smoke coming from hood when attempting to turn on.

The battery light came on while I was driving and I saw smoke coming from under the hood so I immediately pulled over. I turned the car off when I did so, but I’m not really sure what this could be, the car isn’t turning over and it smokes when I would try to turn it on after I had shut the car off. The coolant level was still full, which I believe it would be low if it had anything to do with that. Could be wrong though, does anyone know what my issue may be? I had the spark plugs and coils of 1, 3, and 5 replaced about a week ago… but I made sure they were the right parts in case that could be the issue. The car had the VSC light on due to 1 having a bad coil/spark plug. I have a 2007 ES350, thank you in advance to anyone who may help me it’s pretty urgent!

https://streamable.com/dypwcj Didn’t know how else to upload a video from my phone. This is what it does though.

I think the smoke comes from the alternator which did not charge the battery, now the battery is weak
and cannot turn.

Most likely alternator is dead and needs to be replaced, it's an expensive job as the alternator is difficult to reach but a competent mechanic should be able to do it by moving out the radiator.
You will want to replace the serpentine belt as well for good measure if its still the original, it's a cheap part and they'll take it off anyway to replace the alternator.
As the radiator is going to be moved out and disconnected, your coolant will be exchanged as well with nice fresh coolant.

What’s a good alternator replacement if it does happen to be that?

The OEM alternator is made by Denso, suggest you go with them but a remanufactured one, make sure your mechanic has decent warranty on it in case Denso sends you a dud.

If your taking it to a mechanic I would advise a diag on the issue first, it's very difficult to diag over the internet, it could be something else that may be cheaper to fix.

A mechanic will be looking it over for me, if it is the alternator, would you recommend the rock auto one? They have a remanufactured one there and I believe 12 month warranty.

I put a remanufactured Denso alternator from NAPA in mine a few months ago, and it is doing great.

Where did you get your spark plugs from? If you bought them in eBay or Amazon, they are most likely fake / counterfeit.

Get a Denso from Napa, but first check if the alternator is your problem.

Getting p0345 p0365 and p0390 now. Could it just be related to the short or is this the issue?

The stuff sold on eBay and Amazon looks very close to authentic,, and often only a side by side comparison can tell them apart. Read the odyclub thread that I posted.

I unfortunately , I would say they are most likely fake, especially if they were very cheap.
