Default Replaced my PCV

Replaced my PCV for first time in 11 years and 120k miles, it was filthy and barely opening. Its $6 OEM part and it literally takes 3minutes to replace (YouTube video available for es350).
glad I replaced it preventatively, should probably do it every 60k

I replaced mine a while back and yes; it is very DIY friendly. I’ll add that replacing the hose that connects to it is a good idea. Mine snapped off because it was so brittle and I had to get a new one. Here is the part # (12261-31160)
