My 2010 ES 350 was involved in an accident and I have a question.

Some lady in a Chevy Suburban hit me head-on as she was entering the median lane (which I was already in) resulting in my front bumper and left headlight needing to be replaced. My car’s headlights already look old so the replacement headlight is going to look very mismatched with the other one that doesn’t have to be replaced.
Would the collision center be able to switch both headlights and replace them with the LED headlights that were an option for the 2010 ES? My car came equipped with the standard halogens but if it’s just a simple swap to have the LED headlights that also swivel then I’ll pay the extra money for it. I’ve never dealt with a car crash so any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That would be complicated and a lot more expensive than you anticipate. The HID - not LED headlights option with leveling requires a leveler device on the rear suspension that is wired to the headlight motors to keep them level. They use different housings, wiring, ballasts and connectors. Insurance would not pay for the upgrade.
Your best bet would be to have the body shop replace the other headlight lens and bulb when doing the damaged one so you get improved vision from both. As they age the lenses get cloudy and the bulbs slowly get dimmer. Just replacing the headlight bulbs and housing will be a big improvement in night vision.
