While replacing the spark plugs and the coil packs the connector to the cam sensor on bank 1 sensor b got damaged and the wiring order is unknown. It is the cam sensor on the back cylinders in the center of the valve cover. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or a photo of the order of the wires? This is on a 2007 ES350. Thanks for any help.
I’m going through the exact same issue. Any ideas on size of pin!
I’m waiting on the depining tool from Amazon as we speak. my question is how do you know what size the pins are? Or if they are male/ female for this camshaft sensor ?
Attached is a picture of what I currently have. I pulled the yellow wire out doing my spark plugs. My plan was to depin the wire from the connector and then repin with new weather protection. I purchased a pigtail on Amazon but was thinking that the oem connector, although old would be better than Amazon after market. Plus the color of the wires are in a different order than what’s currently on the car.
pin1=yellow, pin2=black, pin3=red was the correct pattern for my car. And I purchase a new pigtail also just like the one in nynex909 image. The new pigtail had the black and yellow wires reversed.
