What does AFS OFF mean and how do I fix it?

Your swivelly headlights have been told to stop swivelling.
Check under the dash in the driver's footwell, there should be the LED for the footwell lights as well as an AFS OFF button, most likely, you bumped it when getting out of the car.
Push it to fix the issue.
