The only drawback I see right now is rear visibility isn't so great....otherwise, I'm loving it!

ahhh....nice color!! Car looks great.

So those are the standard wheels. I like them more than the Ultra Luxo wheels. However it would look better if it had a different finish though.

Here's another one. I don't know how you embed them in the thread, but thanks in advance for your help.

Day 2:

Pros:

This is an excellent car! I'm coming from an '02 Maxima, so there is no drop off in performance or sportiness. Exceptionally quiet. The Smart Key/Push button start is awesome....easily the most convenient thing! Radio sound is excellent. Wood steering wheel very comfortable, as are the seats. Rear seat accomidations are very generous, almost limo-like....the IS250/350 will not be cross shopped versus this car for that reason alone. The Xenons are excellent, and very functional, almost anticipating corners/driving direction. Everything well screwed together, solid thunks on the doors, and all around.

Cons:
Rear visibility. I'm 6', and i'm not going to see the trunk line when in reverse. The park assist/backup nav camera would almost be a must if I wasn't the primary driver. My XM is installed, not active yet, but radio reception is a touch weaker on the AM/FM that what I had on my Max. The center console opens a touch too easily, as I'll have to get used to it not finding the button too often. The Sportshift will hold gears, which is great, but the car is so quiet, the Rev's get up there before it gets heard, so not sure how often I'll be manu-shifting, but I like the option too. As was mentioned earlier, I like the stock 7 spoke wheels, and they look great up close, but if they had a slightly more reflective polish/coating on them, they would look even better.

The lack of rear visibility is the first thing I noticed when I test drove my first color choice. Something I will definitely need to get used to. However, the rear view mirrors are much bigger and more functional than my ES.

slider, tell me about the color. I'm hoping the pics don't do it justice. Does it have more depth than shown here?

When I test drove (then put my deposit down) I noticed too how the mirrors were much bigger than I expected. Coming from an SUV which has HUGE mirrors it was very welcome. Should have my SGM with Ultra Lux and ML in about 1.5 weeks (I hope)

I love the smartkey access too. I'm really getting spoiled by not having to touch keys.

I'm not happy with the way AM radio sounds on my ML compared to the 2002 ML. Everything else I love about the car so far. 209 miles this past week.
