Congrats on your new car! Great color choice (welcome to the "Dark Side"). Come on though, you're gonna have to give us a better description than "Black with all the bells and whistles". Sport wheels or 10 spokes? Spoiler? Interior color? How about a picture?

Purchased ES350 for my wife last Saturday(3/3/07). Starfire Pearl with Premium Plus package and Cashmere interior. She totally loves it.....so much that she is encouraging me to get rid of my SUV and get the LS460L. Needless to say I do not need much of a push to proceed.

Hi, I have a queston. I recently purchased a 2007 RX-350 awd for my wife and we both are happy with the vehicle. I had previously decided to purchase a 07 or 08 ES 350 for myself but am quite a bit disturbed by the long list of those on this forum that are unhappy with their ES 350. Most concerning is the poll results of over 13000 owners that describe transmission flaring 27%, cold engine start noise, 21%, excessive wind noise, 25%, interior rattles, 26%. Those that have had none of these problems-32%. So is everybody here just writing all this info off and "hoping" to get a vehicle that doesn't have these issues?? Transmission issue is scary and I for one would hate to play a lottery game with a new vehicle purchase. As earlier stated I am "disappointed" because I really was looking forward to purchasing the new lex. Your thoughts? thanks Jim
