2011 es 350
Hi, I'm Jenny from Maricopa, AZ, and my husband and I just bought our second ES 350.
Tungsten Pearl w/ light gray perf. leather Interior, black dash and carpet, and chrome bodyside insert and chrome grille
Premium Plus Package - I'm guessing at this because it has the automatic rear window shade, 6-CD changer, backup camera, nav system, bumper sensors (park assist), heated/ventilated front seats, and other options that were a must for us. Plus clear bra and window tinting.
We bought the Lexus rubber mats and are storing the factory mats.
We added 3M's Crystalline windshield tinting (a clear coating that reduces heating by up to 90%, very necessary in AZ).
It has 38,000 original miles, certified pre-owned from Lexus of Superstition Springs, AZ $28,998
Previous car - totaled in a rear-end crash on June 9 - my 2007 ES 350 with Premium Plus Package. I loved that car. I leased it for 4 years and then bought it, and it had only 97,000 miles when it got smashed.

2011 es 350 ul
Hi! I finally found it! New owner of a 2011 Lexus ES 350 with Ultra Luxury package Tungsten Pearl and black interior. 34k miles. It replaces a 1999 BMW 528i.
Looking back at my posts, it's been a year since I started researching on this site. Closer to 2 years that I've been thinking and deciding. 8 months of daily classified and Lexus CPO searching. I test drove everything in the mid-size sedan segment and kept coming back to the Lexus ES. I was specific on Tungsten Pearl and the Ultra Luxury package, so it took a while to find the right one at the right price and at the right time that didn't require traveling hundreds or thousands of miles.
Initially, the dealer tried to up-sell me a few things, tires being one. But, after I had the Lexus dealer down the road do a pre-purchase inspection, the selling dealer offered to replace 2 tires for free (one had a cut). Now, I've read they aren't great tires (Turanza EL400), so I'm thinking I'll get Michelins and sell the 2 new tires.
First thing, I will have to do my first detailing of the car. I don't think the previous owner garaged the car, so there are areas that the dealership cleaning didn't get to, like the lower windshield plastics and inside the sunroof track area. It wasn't full of trash, but it wasn't clean, clean. And there's some sticker residue and streaking on the windows.
I got one quote for the VSA Platinum warranty of zero deductible 7yrs/100k - $2000 and 8yrs/100k $2200. I will be calling around to find a better deal. I think it might be a good idea to have with the stereo and center stack electronics.

2012 es350
Just purchased a 2012 with under 15k miles. Had a 2002 for a few years, then went to the Avalon. Decided we liked the quiet of the Lexus better plus the softer seats. Don't like the extra expensive parts and service however. Looking forward to reading this forum for ideas and discussion. Really appreciate those that are willing to share their experience. I'm really more of a lurker than a participant but will pitch in when and where I might have something to add. Located in Montana and enjoy the wide open roads without heavy traffic.

Hello Fellow ES 350 Owners
Hello and thank you for allowing me to join Club Lexus. I'm currently stationed in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. I have a silver 08 ES 350. I'm glad to join the group and share an gain knowledge about this vehicle. So far I've had nothing but great things with the car. I've had it for little over a year with 0 problems. One thing I'm looking for are some visual improvements for the car. Anybody have any ideas or things they've done that cosmetically could change the look of the car. I'm talking body kits or things of that nature. If there are any performance parts I'd be interested in that as well. Thanks again for allowing me to join the group and haev a great day.

Upgrade - 2007 -> 2011
Four years trouble-free with the 2007 ES350, Premium package, and splurged on the 2011 with Navi, back-up camera, park-assist, heat/cool seats, etc. Previous owner had installed Command Start, side chrome/bumper strips, and purchased extended warranty (good for another 4 years). Dealer provided roadside assistance/tire/rim protection for 3 years. Truffle Mica paint, very nice. Found it is quieter on the road, otherwise the same as the 2007. Still working out the voice commands! Really like the GPS voice guidance system, but will keep our Garmin with lifetime maps & traffic, rather than shell out big bucks to update maps at Lexus.

Rack and Pinion leak
I just brought my 3 year old Lexus 350 ES in for routine service to the dealer today.
It only has been driven 22,000 miles. I was told my rack and pinion steering unit has a leak. I know this has been a problem with the RX. Has anyone else had this problem with the ES? And so soon?

Hello Everyone,
I bought my first Lexus on 8/5/14. I chose a 2011 with about 30k miles. The color is Matador Red Mica and some of the car features are Nav, backup camera, rear shade, Bluetooth.......basically every little toy I wanted in a car. I love it thus far and am happy with my purchase.

I just picked up a 2007 ES 350 in Granite Mica yesterday and it passed 48K miles on the way in to work today, so I'm enjoying the "new to me" car with minimal wear. It came with the Ultra Luxury package and about every single feature I could possibly imagine aside from remote start (which I'm considering adding). I've been looking for a while at this model year with fewer features, but I couldn't pass up the price on this one with everything it had. At this point, my only possible concern is my next car - driving this one is so incredible, I'm not sure how I'll afford something better when the time comes
I sold a 2000 Honda Civic with manual everything and 200K miles (that I've been driving since new), so this is a huge upgrade and made the drive into work today so much fun. I'm sure I'll be holding onto it for a long time to come, so here's to the future!
