Fcesar56, MAN...…..I would LOVE to have that Levinson stereo, if that's what you mean by their "high end" unit. I think I got the octane info from the ClubLexus forum. You might consider joining for that purpose & just to kibitz with other ES350 owners. I was told by a guy I work with who knows someone who owns a gas station, that there's NO real difference between 87 & 89, so I should save my money, but if I ever hear any "pinging" from the 87 I buy, I'll split the fill-up half & half between 87 & 93. That way, I'll know I'll have genuine "Mid-grade" fuel in the tank. BTW, I think the term for taking advantage of being close behind the guy in front of you on the highway is "drafting" referring to the Nascar racers on those high-bank oval tracks. Enjoy! johnj1020

I never buy new cars so I got a 2008 ES350 In FL (no IL rust anywhere). I love this car. It is actually the boss’s car. Mine is a 2003 Ford ZX2 (stick shift) I used as a commuter vehicle. I retired a couple of weeks ago so we might not need the ZX2 any more.
The car is white with tan interior. No special accessories. All stock and I like it that way.

I do have some little issues that I will post later on this forum for some help before adventuring into the unknown.
I’m a DIYer and unless I don’t have the proper tools, no one touches any of my vehicles
Congrats!!! The "Boss" will surely enjoy the smooth buttery ride and comfort..

I have a bone to pick with my son and everyone on the racing team we were part of for a couple of years.
English is not my native language (my kids never let me forget it.. lol) and I used the word "drifting" quite often and no one ever corrected me... darn
Thanks John

Kiko, I wouldn't be too hard on the boy,...……….he was probably not wanting to sound like he was criticizing you. And that suggestion I gave you about joining ClubLexus Forum...………...I honestly don't know what I was thinking. You're already on it!!!! My bad!! But if you go to the ES350 section, there'll be lots of good stuff for us 350 owners, you can bet, and friendly people. johnj1020

I was planning on running these on my 13 Sienna but I would have to run spacers. Need to refinish the wheels and new tires and they are ready to go on. I know the wheels gap looks crazy but i adjusted the ride height about an inch lower from this picture. Edit: Ok so now I decided against running the 20's and I ended up picking up a set of 19 x 8,5 38 offset AME Shallen WX with 235/40 R19 Goodyears and I adjusted the ride height to match.

Default New guy here

I was looking for a dependable commuter car to keep the miles down on the truck and found a good deal on a used ES. Has a few minor issues, but I'm working through them, this forum has been great for info. It had 99400 when I got it, 100000 greeted me with P0161 and P0057, cake, thanks to the forum!

I like driving older luxury cars, have had 280 SEL, an LE Cutlass Supreme, Cutlass Supreme Brougham, Volvo V90, always have a full size PU, but mostly I ride a Harley.

First front wheel drive vehicle I've driven/owned.
Thanks for having me.

The car has been garage kept it’s whole life and still looked new .

I am the proud owner of a Nebula Gray Pearl 2012 ES 350. I bought my car on April 21, 2012 and even though the 2013's had just arrived, I still decided on getting a 2012 because I wasn't a fan of the new front grille design. While it has grown on me over time, and some of the brand new car models wear it much better in 2018 (the LC and LS 500s !!!) I loathed the 2013 look and preferred the look and style of my 2012.

My warranty expired last year, so this month was a good one to make some modifications. Now, I must say... I do not know a thing about working on cars, but found a place near me that does great customization work for reasonable prices AND the owner of the shop is also the owner of the gas station down the street that does State Inspections, so I did not have to worry about anything not passing inspection. (If you live in the DC metro / Northern VA area and want to know the name of the shop, message me or post a reply). See my profile for a list of the modifications I've done. Here are some pictures of my car...

Default 2008 es350

Heeeey everyone just bought my first Lexus 2008 es350 base model with the sapphire black exterior black interior. Im planning on changing the stereo out for an android all in one as well as converting interior lights. I picked it up for 9k with only 61k on the clock. Very minor exterior blemishes but interior is flawless. Im loving this car.

Hello All,
I've taken over the care of my father's 2011 now that he can no longer drive as a 91-yr old with poor vision.

As to what becomes of the car is still up in the air, however I've been driving it from time-to-time to keep it in good working order and keep the fluids flowing so to speak. I must say it's a damn fine car and although I've owned and prefer nothing but manual transmission cars in all of my 58 yrs, I've got to say to drive this car is quite compelling.

Oh, and BTW, this 2011 car has just a tick over 8k miles if you can believe it.
