What type of things are you wanting to do with it?

Main thing I was looking for by joining this group was how to update the sat/nav system. Looking like the Grom unit makes the most sense.

God day members!
My name is Sergio, I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and I have the hobby of buying cars and restoring it. Of course I keep the car with me at least for 8 years until I find a new one to have fun.
Recently I purchased a 2007 Lexus ES350 with 22312 miles on it. This car has a long history but had been parked in a garage for a long time and being used as a deposit of toys and tools. This car has a radio problem due the action of a theft that tried to take the radio of it. I will post the problem in a new post.
Well, here is the link of the car photos on the day it arrived at home.

Inside it was very dirty, covered with dust, now I have cleaned it, but there are some services I must do, as replacing the engine oil and filter.
Best regards for all,
Sergio

welcome, machadosl. congratulation on your find. looks great! only 22,312 miles? that's fantastic. funny you said it was being used as a deposit for toys and tools. that's what some people do with their garages here, too. people are the same the world over! LOL. post photos of the interior when you get a chance. take care. God bless.

Hi blackangus!
Yes the first owner of this car has died 3 years after buying this car since then it has been parked in the garage waiting for the end of the end of inventory, when the lawyer responsible for the process received it as part of the payment in 2017. The lawyer has been using it, not very much, and decided to sell this year.
Now, I hope, at this weekend I can change the oil, oil filter, brake pads and brake oil.
Now the pictures from inside, as I spent my weekend cleaning it, unfortunately I do not take pictures before cleaning it.
Here in Brazil, the panel has the mileage in kilometers and not in miles.

Default 2010 es 350

Hi there!

Just bought a 2010 ES 350 in Peridot Mica. I’ll be bugging people for advice and info. Here’s a pic at the gas station on the way home:

Thanks for looking!

Default 2011 Lexus ES350 ultra package

After a nice wash. This baby has a 165k on it and it still drives like new. Always serviced it at Lexus or myself if need be. I’m probably gonna mess around with it and see what can come out of it. Nice to meet y’all!

Default 2011 ES 350 (12,000 miles)

Tungsten Pearl/Light Gray
Previous car was a 2008 Infiniti G35X that died on the side of road at about 160,000.

Was looking high and low for a Camry or Accord, and was at a CarShop in Hatfield PA about to give up my search for anything decent when the rep said, "I have a crazy car here." I said, "What's crazy about it?" He siad, "Well, it's a 2011 Lexus with 12,000 miles on it."

I said, "I'd like to see this crazy car." He drove around to the front of the dealership and it looked like a brand new car. Maybe the Car Gods were smiling on me that day.

It's an amazing thing, truly, and I hope I can just keep in decent shape! This was definitely garage-kept and driven sparingly --- everything looks brand new on it. I feel pretty fortunate. Was not looking for a Lexus, but very happy with it.

When I took it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, he said afterwards. "We can't figure out where this car has been for 12 years -- no rust, corrosion, excessive wear ..."

Bought it about 4 weeks ago and reading up on the Forum (and the manual) to learn more. :-)
