I wanted to get a Premium Plus with Nav and Mark Levinson, and after the dealer talked with several people I found they are not making the ML in anything but an Ultra Lux. I would assume this is true. I think for now the packages are a "little" limited.

He did say that for awhile it was that way with the RX330 until enough people wanted it made different ways, so if enough people raise a stink about it I would have to say that's just the way it is for now.

You can make Lexus build you the car however you want if you have the extra money to spend.

Well thats why it is called Ultra Luxury package. Fully equipped and with every option. I highly doubt that they would be able to take out the Navi in the UL package. We already had members here in the ES forums who tried to specify options that were only part of packages and they still didnt budge(even went all the way to Corporate).

It would need to be special ordered without a Nav and/or ML, especially in Cali as most consumers here always want the car with all the bells and whistles, hence regional allocations are usually the fully loaded ones. My parents had to special order their car with Nav but without ML. It can be done, and I hope you can find the one you want.

Good luck!

Ours in the Northeast only are available with the Nav/Lev too.

Your local dealer should be able to fill you in, but I don;t believe you can special order any new vehicle within 6mo. of production starting.

Why not have it? The car is more enjoyable with it, (by far?) and is worth quite a bit more in resale. ( you may prefer it, but would anybody else?) Go for it!!

I totally agree. Get the NAV. You will not regret it. I will never buy another car without it again.

Default NAV is the way to go

JuleZ...I had never had NAV before until I got my ES350. Believe me (and everyone else that posted here), you will never regret it. After now having the experience of NAV, I'll never have another car again without it. Seriously, it's worth what you pay.

Add me to the camp of those that will never buy another car without a navigation system. I can't believe that Lexus - as a luxury brand - still makes a car without them.
