NADA has Invoice/MSRP figures available for the ES350 online. You can build an ES with your options and print out the invoice price and MSRP. As far as I know, this is the only site with the info as of 5/15/06.

Of course, since many dealers are apparently not "Selling Up" from invoice, it may be an exercise in futility. But, at least you'll know how much you're being.....
