In my opinion, it is the best feature of the car since I talk a lot on my cell phone in the car. Not to mention, it is a great safety feature. No more digging in my purse for the phone when it rings or struggling to put on the headset as I'm driving. Also, the radio or CD player will automatically mute if a call is placed or received. So no more missed calls due to not hearing it ringing. The bluetooth in this car is amazing.
Thanks for the info. Can the phone be in her purse sitting on the floor or in the backseat or does it have to sit close to the NAV system or someother receiver point?

The Bluetooth specification mandates a range of 32 feet, or 10 meters. So unless your streeeettcched ES limo has a cabin over 10 meters long, I don't think she needs to worry.

I keep mine in my purse all the time. It connects to the car as soon as I turn the car on. You do have to set the phone to an auto-connect though.
Not sure who your cell phone provider is, but I have Verion with the Motorola E815 and have no problems.

Here's a silly question for you. When in phone mode does only the front left speaker produce sound.....or can I set it to come out more than one speaker? Seems kinda weak the way it is.

I haven't manually programmed any numbers in yet, but the 'Call by Number' feature works incredibly well.
