Panorama glass roof Q&A
Sorry I did a search didn't see anything about the glass roof.
I'm wondering people who had it how they like it and people who don't why they didn't get it.
I wonder if the roof adds much weight or chassie flex, about the noise and wind. Also any leaks or squeeks to report?
I don't like typical sunroofs. I don't think they offer enough open air feel, but the panorama roof looks like it would rock.
thanks

Hardly, but it is very nice and gives my ruby red car a beautiful appearance when viewed from the outside.

I love it! It gives an airy feeling inside the car, and when you have rear seat passengers they have the opportunity to open or close the shade in the back part of the panoramic roof. Originally, I thought I wouldn't like it, but I changed my mind after getting the car.....it's a great feature and makes the ES350 extra special.

I have the panoramic roof in my car. To be honest, I neither like nor dislike it. I bought the UL car for the ML stereo, 10-spoke wheels, nicer leather, etc. The panoramic roof is essentially a neutral factor for me and I own one.

Thanks for all the input. After I started this thread I saw the UL thread. It seems like most people if they want the whole enchalata will get the UL and the sunroof is a bonus.
Good to hear the sunroof is not a problem.

I personally think the glass looks cool, while not overbeairing at the same time, on my Smokey Granite Mica. What is really cool - and what my passengers like - is the glass above them in the back seat. I wanted a Mercedes with the same feature, and could not get it with all the options I wanted unless I ordered it from the factory.
