Dreaded VSC and transmission problem
Lexus "buy back"
Can anyone, who's had their ES 350 taken back by Lexus and replaced, explain the process, once Lexus makes a determination that your transmission is shot?
Do they search for the same vehicle/options/same color?
Can you "upgrade" from a Premium Plus to a UL version and pay the difference between the two MSRPs?
