Color of your ES350

3 colors not available in US
The ES350 is shipped all over the world. There are 3 colors that are not available in North America: Starfire Pearl, Obsidian, and Black Sapphire Pearl.

Hmm that's weird. Your link to the e-brochure is on lexus.ca but in Canada we don't have those colors you mentioned either. It's also missing blue onyx and aquamarine pearl too, while the black sapphire should be the same as black onyx.
Umm wait, just now I checked the lexus.ca site and when building a ES350 the color selection was the same as the e-brochure! Does that mean Canadians are not going to get blue onyx and crystal white from now on? We never had aquamarine pearl in the first place...

Color Question
I always find peoples color choices interesting. So I pose a question.
Is there anyone who has seen a Aquamarile Pearl ES that has NOT liked that color? Few people have ordered it and Lexus is not shipping that many out due to new intoduction jitters. For those that like blue it is simply the most beautiful color Lexus has ever produced (IMHO).
The sales guy at the dealership was not that fond of it.

Lexus Champion
When we were shopping for our ES in early May, one of the dealers we went to had an AP on the showroom floor. It was the 1st ES they received. We weren't looking for a blue car, but must admit it looked great/unique under the showroom lights. I haven't seen this color on the street in our area. Like most Lexus colors, when clean, very attractive.

I don't care for that color at all. I like the darker Blue Onyx Pearl, but know that I would never keep it clean enough to want to own it.
Judging from the numbers, neither of us chose a very popular color (mine's golden almond metallic).

ok... I havent seen many ES350s on the road anyway, so it's only a matter of time before they are all over the place. I have never seen an Aquamarine in real life... I have seen the Golden Almond twice and the MSM once (asides from mine). Does it mean that they just simply produce fewer of those "exotic" colors, or does it mean fewer people buy them? I suspect it's limited in quantity....kinda like special niche market.... I mean those colors are really unique and cool IMHO. I switched to a more common color because I feel im more grounded now.
