Default Face or tail?

I really like the tail end of the new ES350. It looks a lot sharper than the previous ES. The front is not bad either, but I think the back end totally makes a difference. So do you all think the front looks better or the back?

I've always been more of a back man. I'd deal with an ugly front end as long as I have a nicely shaped rear end to enjoy from behind. I just wish this beauty would work on her chicken legs (215's) a little bit.

Are we still talking about the car?

Another vote for a "rear end" and the whole back of the car from a side view (exactly what I hated in GS). One thing I have to add, I ABSOLULTE LOVE that '07 model added the Lexus emblem on the grill!!!!!! Didn't like it on a hood in previous models at all. Having an emblem on the the grill (like in some MB) is a total CLASS!!!

I like the rear of the ES350. It's elegantly designed yet not too conservative. The front's okay. I can see how it's a bit aggressive (esp. at certain angles and in black).

Hey, I said that in your Rim/Tire thread!

Not being an owner myself ('93 ES300 here) but one who drools profusely whenever I spot an ES350, I'd have to say I think this car looks gorgeous from every conceivable angle. If I had to pick one view over another, then yes, the rear view would have to be my fave. I think Lexus' engineers (maybe subconsciously) pay particular attention to the backend design of all their models. Perhaps because Lexus always leads the pack, so they want the "followers" to have the best view.

I like the front of the ES; it's smoother/sleeker than the last model's.

I like the back of the ES more than the front. However, I have to say that the back of the ES is eerily similar to the new Camry. Oh well...

No matter what, front of back, it looks good with the glass roof!
